Prevent Prior
Technology and data go hand-in-hand in disease prevention. Prevent Prior's website database tracks medical annals on pandemics, epidemics, viruses, disease etc while monitoring real world data in order to analyze and compare potential outbreaks and warn cities, governments, and countries before it's too late.
About Us
Prevent Prior was started after seeing how the world reacted to Covid-19. Although similar cases of such diseases have been embedded throughout human history, it seems as though we are never prepared for the next outbreak and have neither learned from our mistakes in the past nor made advancements in promoting hygiene in areas which need it most. PPE, medical grade masks, and gloves were at a shortage when Covid spread rampantly and countries scrambled to contain the virus even though many have encountered similar viruses, like the original SARS virus.

Our History of Diseases page has all you need to understand the full history of any disease, ranging from Smallpox to Cholera. Specific outbreaks are all documented with a large variety of outbreak information such as time, living conditions, transmission, preventative measures, mortality rate etc. Search for conditions via symptom or environment conditions to find specific Diseases.
Our map feature allows you to view the world as a whole. Different symbols represent different diseases, virus strains, pandemics and epidemics both in our current world and in history. Warning symbols may arise should there be an area at risk of a outbreak. You can view the world as a whole, as specific continents, countries, and provinces, or specific outbreaks.

Current conditions is a great way to access the latest news about diseases wracking the world, whereas Covid Spotlight is completely focused on news on Covid-19 such as the newest vaccine updates, new lockdown measures etc.
